05 — Questions

Asked, answeredThe questions serious clients ask before they call.

Is The Bank of Arts a bank?

No. "The Bank of Arts" is a registered trademark used under license by Bo Arts LLC, an independent strategic-consulting firm. We are not a bank, trust company, or depository institution, and we do not accept deposits or hold client funds. The name speaks to discipline and discretion, not a banking charter.

Do you sell products or deal in art?

Neither. We hold no inventory, place no proprietary products, and earn nothing from steering you toward a particular transaction. Our only role is counsel aligned with your objectives.

What happens when I reach out?

We reply, typically within two business days, to arrange a confidential conversation. There is no obligation, and no engagement exists until a written agreement defines one.
